Fernando José Cunha Guimarães Machado

He was born in the city of Guimarães, in May 11, 1969.
He attended the Architecture Course at the School of Fine Arts of Porto, ,and he completed his bachelor’s degree in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto in 1987, with the final classification of 13 (in 20).
He began his professional career in 11993, at the office of the architects Miguel Guedes de Carvalho, Jorge Gonçalves e Manuel Moreda, AR - Arquitetos Reunidos, Lda, in Porto, where he collaborated on projects of single-family housing buildings, multiple-household buildings, industrial facilities, hotel facilities, shopping facilities and housing buildings refurbishing.
In the scholl year of 1993/94 he attends an initial year in Barcelona Technical College of Architecture, Spain, where he develops projects in Urban Planning and Architecture, having Albert Viaplana and Marcià Codinachs as professors of Project V subject. In October 1994 he starts his career as an architect in the CREAR Enterprise where he develops all kinds of projects, from interior architecture, furniture, architectural projects in all stages, accompaniments of public and private works and urban planning.

He collaborates with CREAR from the date of its creation and he is in office in the company in the field to support the design, processes organization and financial management. .

He was born in the city of Braga, in February 9, 1972.
He attended the Architecture Course in the Art School of Porto- ESAP), which is completed in December 1996 with a final classification of 14 (in 20).
Final Paper of the Architecture Course: the Layout Plan of Mother Church quarter, Póvoa do Varzim, under a protocol established with the Municipality of that city.
He has been a trainee at EPUR, Urbanism and Architecture Advisory Services, Ltd. At this traineeship he collaborated and developed several projects, integrated into multidisciplinary teams.

Rui Manuel Faria Alves da Silva

He was born in the city of Guimarães, in April 30, 1979.
He was admitted to the Lusíada University in September 1997 and he completed his degree in June 26, 2002, in the field of Urban Rehabilitation Recuperation with a final grade of 13.3.
He was Invited at the end of the Degree by the chairman of the architecture department at University Lusíada, Prof. Dr. Francisco Alves, to incorporate a four elements team, in the Center of Urban Studies at the University Lusíada; he rejected on account of continuing in the CREAR – Creation and Architectural Engineering Studies office, where he worked already since 2001 as a collaborator.
In September 2002 he starts his career as an architect on duty of this Office where he develops all kinds of works, from interior architecture, furniture to architectural designs in all its stages and urban planning.
In 2003, he took part in the National competition Europan7, to the city of Vila do Conde and he was something like 7th place in all-around.
In 2007, he had training under the "Accessibility for People with Disabilities", promoted by Braga nucleus of the Association of Architects.
In 2008, he took the Certificate of Pedagogic Aptitude for training in Winnerges, Consultadoria Empresarial, S.A.
In 2011, took the (CapV – Professional Aptitude Certificate) of Technical Education of Labor Safety and Hygiene, with the final classification of 17(in 20).
Manuel Augusto Ramalho Antunes

He was born in the city of Vila Real, in January 25, 1958.
Until 1982 he attended the Architecture Course at the School of Fine Arts of Porto, ,and he completed his bachelor’s degree in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto in 1987, with the final classification of 16 (in 20).
He began his professional career in 1979, at the office of the architects Alexandre Alves Costa and Sergio Fernandez, in Porto, where he participated in the following projects:
-Graphical elaboration enabling the Assistant professor contest for Architecture subjects of the 1st group of the Architecture Course, presented by the Architect A. Alves Costa;
-Competition for council housing to the Housing Development Fund (1st. Prize);
In 1980 he starts working in the CEAP - Architecture, Planning and Engineering Cooperative, in Porto, where he collaborated in the following works:
-Single-family residence in Braga;
-Gualtar Detailed Zoning, in Braga;
-Competition for ideas to the Vilamoura tourist zone expansion (Honorable mention);
-38 council housing and commerce block to Carandá, Braga (built up);
-Design of the shopping centre and the head office of Braga Sports Club;
-Project for a restaurant and a multiuse area integrated in the Braga sports complex;
Since 1983 he works as an architect in his own atelier, in Porto, with a fellow architect, and since 1986, he works in Guimarães, in the CREAR Lda., the company he created and manages in society.
