CREAR - Criação e Estudos de Arquitetura e Engenharia, Lda

The CREAR, created in 1989, is a service enterprise in the field of architecture and engineering; it is the result of an extensive and prolonged previous collaboration between its partner, its architect and other offices with whom has a close, regular and constant working relationship.

In addition to the architect manager, the CREAR accounts, among its staff, with two architects and a designer on a permanent basis. There’s also the eventual collaboration of Interns Architects, and a regular collaboration of several Engineering offices.

The CREAR offers services in all areas of civil construction from conception, to licensing and relations City Hall and other entities involved in the works appreciation, to communication design at work and also to the support and technical assistance and it has special and qualified experience in processes organization for contests of works.

The CREAR accumulate the architects’ experience, in areas of design and civil construction support.

For several years the CREAR maintains collaboration with an external architecture office, the "Art Cittá", developing various projects of residential, hotel, services and commerce buildings, and also urban planning in Angola.
